As the only European company that develops, produces and provides VAD systems, is our claim to develop innovative solutions with utmost precision and reliability. The short time to market and technological features of our products are unique and exemplary. Our future developments shall continue to meet the demands of our customers and the market. With our solid position in the market, we will continue on our course of worldwide expansion based on innovative products, while relying on strategic international partnerships.
One of the major goals is to keep the part quality on today’s highest technological level. Actually all parts and geometries independent of the surface complexity are polished manually. Our requirements to the surface quality of all parts and especially at the titanium parts with blood contact are on a very high level so that until now no technology is available to fulfill all our demands. The surafce quality of the parts has a big influence on the deposition of blood components and on the blood irritation or damage. Therefore Berlin Heart with longterm expertise in surface polishing has adressed this topic to one of his core competence. Furthermore, the Symplexity project could give to our European-based company a major competitive advantage on international markets.
