Romagnani Stampi has been researching, projecting and developing solutions connected to the construction of injection and compression moulds for products in plastic materials for over thirty years.
In the last few years, Romagnani Stampi has been focusing more and more on the automotive sector. Panels, components for external body of vehicles, aerodynamic supplements and spoilers, hoods and structural parts. Romagnani Stampi also supplies auxiliary equipment for the positioning, moving and assembly of all the different components.
The most important goal of the company is the highest quality level of products, obtained by means of the latest generations of machine tools, the technical and creative skills of our staff and the profound experience. The engineering of the moulds is designed and developed internally, with the aid of CAD-CAM 3D stations and recognized interfaces (IGES, VDA, DXF) are widely used for data exchange.
The Company is equipped with the latest CN technology, and a network linking CAM office and technical department. The produced moulds can reach the following dimension up to 3,500 x 2,000 mm. and weight up to 40 t.
The Technical Department of Romagnani Stampi develops a close relationship with each client so that it can fulfil all its needs to the fullest, including product engineering, prototype-design, simulations and analysis. Our commitment to the client continues until the final phase of mould set-up for production.
Romagnani Stampi is a member of UCISAP (Italian Association of Precision Mould, Dies and Tooling Manufacturers) and of ISTMA (International Special Tooling and Machining Association).
